All Utilities and services below are provided for a flat monthly fee of $125 per person.

Note that quarterly pest control is performed on the building. In-unit pest control services may cost extra (see lease terms for details).

Cats and Dogs
One-Time Fee: $350 for one pet; $600 for two pets
Breed Restrictions: Breed restrictions apply.
Monthly Pet Rent: $20 per pet
Weight Limit: 40 lbs

Additional Details: Two pet max per apartment. All animals must be brought in for a required pet interview and are subject to approval by our staff. Each pet must be up to date on all vaccinations, registration, and have the appropriate tags. Owners must also show proof of routine veterinary care.

Welcome home to The Nest on Sunset – luxury student housing apartments located in Houston, Texas!

We offer upscale studio, four, and six-bedroom student housing apartments, along with many luxury amenities, including complimentary Wi-Fi in common areas, off-street and covered parking, a contactless package system, elevator access, and on-site management/maintenance teams! Our community also features a lovely top-floor study lounge. This space has call booths, study rooms, and a conference table for all your planning needs. We’re also happy to provide a coffee bar for the late-night study sessions. Connected to the study lounge is our roof-top patio, complete with a fire pit for those cool Houston evenings, which will be perfect for enjoying the amazing view of campus.
