Construction Information

The Nest on Sunset construction is going swimmingly! The project is currently around 70% complete and should be fully complete by May 2025. This puts us three months ahead of schedule since occupancy is scheduled for August 2025.

Current Status

We are currently in the drywall stage of the project. The exterior is almost finished! See some photos below.
